Join Elena Ruano Kanidinc of SimplyNu and Rekha Krishnamurthi of DivineNYCo and the Etsy New York team on Thursday, July 24, 2014 between 6:30 and 8:30 PM at the Etsy Labs in Dumbo, NY (Brooklyn) for a workshop on using photography to define your brand.

In this hands-on workshop, Elena and Rekha will help participates explore using photography to shape and sharpen your brand, define your brand's attributes, and improve your images to leverage your brand. Topics to be covered include:

Using photography to shape & leverage your brand
Defining branding
What makes your brand unique and memorable
Finding your brand's attributes
Using photography to convey your brand's attributes, qualities and uniqueness
How to optimize images for SEO and blogs
Image file names
Title attribute
Alt-Text field
Image sizes

Once you have quality photos and a cohesive brand image, learn how to optimize your images for your blog so that they are SEO friendly and can be found in search results.

Please bring your camera and one item you wish to photograph.

Cost: This workshop is free to all EtsyNY teamies. All non-members who are interested in attending can purchase tickets ($5, non-refundable) on Eventbrite. (Event is limited to 15 non-member tickets due to room capacity limitations.) Walk-ins are not allowed.
